Asked before most orders
Do you build to standard sizes or to our process requirement?
Every machine on this site ships in the capacity range shown, but the platform is standardized yet flexible — custom capacities, automation levels and compliance packages are available against your specific process requirement.
Which stainless steel grades do you work in?
SS 304 for general fabrication and SS 316 / 316L for product-contact parts, selected per application. Product-contact surfaces are mirror-polished and validation-ready across the range.
Can you supply GMP and validation documentation?
Yes. Our equipment is built under a robust Quality Management System with inspection, testing and validation readiness in mind, and GMP-compliant construction on process plants and reactors.
What automation levels are available?
Manual, PLC/HMI, or fully automatic and DCS-controlled, depending on the machine. Tell us the level of operator involvement you want and we will configure the control system accordingly.
Do you export?
Yes. Export-grade manufacturing and packaging is standard, with international service and support capability so equipment we ship can be commissioned and maintained wherever it lands.
Do you support equipment after installation?
Yes. We work on a partnership rather than a vendor basis — after-sales service, feedback-driven improvement and long-term support are part of how we work, not an optional extra.
